The goal of this repertoire is to provide quick access to videos illustrating cat training and low stress handling of cats for the purpose of helping cat enthusiasts and veterinary professionals to find relevant information to help with training and/or handling of cats in the best force free way possible.

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”

Maya Angelou

Please note that while we do screen the videos that we list, we cannot be held responsible for the results of your training or handling.

Some of the videos are tutorials for training behaviors. Some of the videos are good examples of cat handling/low stress handling. Some of the videos illustrate distraction techniques that can be appropriate for some individuals under certain circumstances. Some of the videos help to illustrate what you might expect your cat to undergo as part of the vet exam, which can help you plan your training.

The goal of this repertoire is merely to provide a convenient access to cat videos relevant for training and handling purposes.

We encourage you to follow the authors of the videos on social media!

The summaries of the videos’ contents are there only to help you to find what you are looking for more easily and to sometimes put the videos in context.

To find videos, you can go back to the menus at the top. They make searching for videos easier.

If you want to search using a particular keyword (for example “cephalic”), you can click “All videos” and then use your keyboard to make the search bar appear (ctrl+F in Windows, command+F in Mac). You can then search any word. I have tried to make the video descriptions as short as possible so that they can be fully appear in that window and can therefore be searched.
